About this role
Overview
A lovely international family visiting Beverly Hills, CA is looking for a local nanny to help them for the months of February, March, June, September, and October. They have two children, ages 1-year-old and 3-years-old. The schedule will be 25-30 hours per week guaranteed, with a combination of week day (mornings and late afternoon/evening) and weekend hours to cover their current nanny's off time. The family will do virtual interviews ASAP and then in-person trials when they arrive February 10/11.
Responsibilities
- Full-childcare including light cooking for both children (their is a chef who will do most of the cooking but must be willing to pitch in if needed), maintaining the children’s current sleeping routines and schedules, and providing an overall safe, warm, and developmentally appropriate environment.
- Light housekeeping related to the children including child laundry, keeping common areas tidy and organized, and restocking child items such as diapers and wipes
Qualifications
- Warm, nurturing, and patient personality
- Flexible and excited to help a family settle in
- Team player who is comfortable working with other staff (including another nanny) and involved parents who will be in and out of the home
- Willing and able to maintain the children’s current schedule
- Familiar with LA and activities and places to take children
Requirements
- Currently already local in Los Angeles and within commuting distance from Beverly Hills
- Comfortable supervising children in the pool
- Available for the duration, (February, March, June, September, October)
- Driver’s license and clean driving record
- Valid first aid/CPR, or willing to certify before start date
- Legal to work in the US
- Trustline certified, or willing to certify before start date
Salary and Benefits
$35-40 per hour, depending on experience

What you'll do
