Household Operations & Daily Reset
● Maintain the overall order and readiness of the home
● Perform a daily reset of common areas, kitchen, toys, plants/flowers, and surfaces
● Keep pantry, storage areas, and closets organized and functional
● Manage mail, packages, and basic returns
Inventory, Ordering & Restocking
● Monitor household inventory and maintain appropriate stock levels
● Order groceries and household supplies, and manage deliveries
● Ensure the home stays stocked in an organized, clutter-free way
● Coordinate seasonal or special items as needed (flowers, guest items, holidays)
Laundry & Clothing Support
● Manage routine household laundry, including washing, folding, and putting away
● Ensure daily clothing is clean, organized, and ready to wear
● Coordinate dry cleaning and track drop-offs and pick-ups
Light Meal Prep & Kitchen Support
● Prepare simple, healthy vegetarian dinners during the workweek
● Support grab-and-go breakfasts (overnight oats, yogurt parfaits, prepped fruit)
and lunches (salads, bowls)
● Assist with meal planning, grocery ordering, and proper storing of food/leftovers
● Keep the kitchen organized, clean, and reset at the end of each day
Vendor Coordination & Home Support
● Serve as point of contact for household vendors and service providers
● Be present for scheduled vendor visits when needed
● Track home maintenance items and follow up as necessary
Guest Prep & Light Administrative Support
● Assist with guest preparation and general home readiness
● Support gifting needs and keep basic supplies stocked
● Communicate proactively about household needs or issues
● 3+ years of experience supporting a private home or family environment
● Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple household routines
● Experience with laundry, clothing care, and household organization
● Reliable, discreet, and professional
● Clear communicator with strong follow-through
● Valid driver’s license and access to a car
● Open on salary
