Overview
A warm, professional family in Clinton, Tennessee, is seeking a high-caliber, career nanny to support their growing household during an exciting season of professional expansion. This is a long-term, full-time role for an experienced childcare professional who views nannying as a career and takes pride in structure, consistency, and child development.
The family has three young boys (ages 5, 3, and 2) and is looking for a confident, energetic, and polished caregiver who can balance structure with flexibility- supporting both educational development and an active, joyful childhood. This role offers exceptional benefits, travel opportunities (domestic and international), and the option of a private, fully equipped live-in apartment if desired.
Schedule
Minimum 30–40 hours per week
Likely Sunday-Thursday OR Monday-Friday
Two consecutive days off guaranteed
Friday and Saturday off preferred (family observes Shabbat)
Occasional flexibility required for travel
Responsibilities
Full childcare for three boys, including daily routines and developmental support
Light children’s meal prep and cleanup
Children’s laundry, organization, and upkeep of play areas and bedrooms
School drop-offs/pickups and transportation to activities
Encouraging proper manners, etiquette, and respectful communication
Packing and preparation for family travel
Travel support with the family (domestic and international)
Acting as a consistent, professional extension of the parents’ values and expectations
Qualifications
Calm, confident, and emotionally intelligent
Energetic, structured, and comfortable setting boundaries
Polished communication style and professional demeanor
Able to manage high-energy young boys with warmth and authority
Flexible, adaptable, and travel-ready
Comfortable working closely with a hands-on parenting
- The ability to speak Hebrew or another foreign language is a plus
Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of professional childcare experience(Education degree or strong educational background highly valued)
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Comfortable swimming (preferred)
Passport-ready or willing to obtain one upon hire
Strong references
Comfortable traveling with family
Open to live-in or live-out arrangements
Salary and Benefits
$30-$35/hourly
Paid time off (flexible and discussed collaboratively)
