Overview
A lovely family on the Upper East Side is seeking a nanny to care for their three children (ages 4, 2 & 1). This position follows a 3-day-on, 3-day-off rotation, with 24/7 coverage during on-duty days. You will work alongside another nanny during your shifts. Flexibility is essential, as there may be special circumstances, such as extended travel, during which longer on-duty periods may be required. Equal time off will be provided following these extended shifts. No fly-in/out or relocation.
Responsibilities
Duties include all aspects of care for the children. The candidate should have extensive toddler experience, as well as child development knowledge. The family is looking for a candidate who has previous experience in a similar role and truly understands the dynamics of a 24/7 position. The ideal candidate is warm, educated, and works well on a team. It would be a huge plus if this person has a graduate degree in a relevant subject like education or psychology.
Requirements
- Confident swimming skills are a plus.
- Fluency in Russian is required.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
- Passport ready
- Must sign NDA
- Legal to work in the U.S.
Salary and Benefits
Competitive compensation DOE and benefits will be provided. The salary range offered is $130,000 to $140,000 per year, and the rate will reflect the experience and skillset of the candidate
