Summary
St Bonaventure’s College, Flagstone invites applications for a Senior Administration Officer (Student Services) to join its administration team and become part of the foundation staff of a brand new college, contributing to the successful delivery of student services. This role is ideal for a highly organised administrator with a strong commitment to student support and an interest in working within a school setting.

- Work hours: 38.00 hours per week
- Salary level: School Officer Level 4 - $36.98/hour + super (School Salary Scale)

About the opportunity
In this position you will be responsible for:
- Delivering administrative and operational support and guidance across a broad range of student services activities.
- Supporting student services administration, including maintaining accurate student records, liaising with staff, students, and families, and assisting with enrolment and wellbeing processes
- Managing the collection, secure storage, and administration of student medications in accordance with school policies and procedures
- Providing first aid assistance to students when required
- Monitoring service delivery to identify efficiencies and ensure compliance with government and departmental legislation, directives, policies and standards
- Facilitating work to meet deadlines and commitments and to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
- Supervising and training support staff as required, ensuring high standards of administrative support.
About you
To be successful in this position you will bring relevant contemporary skills and experience including:
- Having provided a wide variety of administrative and operational support
- Coordinating tasks to meet deadlines and commitments, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
- Advising on administrative tasks and processes, driving process improvements
- Understanding of compliance within a school and delivering on relevant legislation, policy and procedures
- Led and supported administrative staff, ensuring their smooth onboarding and providing effective training for optimal performance
- For this position you are not required to be Catholic
Eligibility and Safeguarding requirements:
- Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment
- Hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement.
