About this role
Vault Operations
- Receive, store, safeguard, and release valuable goods in accordance with approved SOP.
- Ensure accurate identification, counting, labeling, and sealing of all valuables.
- Maintain strict access control and dual control principles within the vault.
Security & Compliance
- Ensure vault operations comply with internal security policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Monitor vault security systems and report any irregularities immediately.
- Support internal and external audits, investigations, and compliance reviews.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate vault records, logs, and transaction documentation.
- Reconcile physical valuables against system records and reports.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly vault reports as required.
Inventory & Control
- Conduct regular stock opname and vault reconciliation.
- Investigate and escalate discrepancies or variances promptly.
- Ensure proper storage conditions and segregation of valuables.
Coordination
- Coordinate with Cash Processing, CIT, and Operations teams for inbound and outbound movements.
- Support smooth handover and transfer processes with authorized personnel only.
