Tanggung Jawab Utama

Melaksanakan preventive maintenance dan corrective maintenance tingkat pertama sesuai SOP. Menangani gangguan awal (troubleshooting dasar) pada mesin/perangkat operasional. Melakukan reset, cleaning, penggantian part ringan, dan pengujian fungsi. Mencatat dan melaporkan hasil pekerjaan, insiden, dan penggunaan spare part melalui sistem/laporan kerja. Melakukan eskalasi ke Second Level Maintenance (SLM) bila diperlukan. Menjaga kepatuhan keamanan, keselamatan kerja (K3), dan kerahasiaan aset/data. Berkoordinasi dengan tim operasional, monitoring, dan vendor terkait. Mendukung kegiatan instalasi, relokasi, atau penarikan perangkat sesuai penugasan.

Kualifikasi

  • Pendidikan minimal SMK/D3 Teknik (Elektro/Mekatronika/IT atau setara).
  • Pengalaman 0–2 tahun di bidang maintenance/teknisi (fresh graduate dipertimbangkan).
  • Memahami dasar mekanikal, elektrikal, dan troubleshooting.
  • Bersedia bekerja shift, on-call, dan mobile.
  • Memiliki SIM C/A (nilai tambah).
