· Melakukan pemeriksaan rutin (preventive maintenance) pada mesin ATM.
· Menangani gangguan teknis ringan (first level) seperti error sistem, paper jam, cash reject, reboot, dan reset mesin.
· Mengganti consumable ATM (receipt paper, journal paper, ribbon, dll).
· Melakukan testing fungsi ATM setelah perbaikan untuk memastikan mesin kembali normal.
· Melakukan eskalasi gangguan ke Second Level Maintenance (SLM) atau vendor apabila permasalahan tidak dapat diselesaikan.
· Mengisi dan menyampaikan laporan kunjungan, perbaikan, dan status ATM secara akurat dan tepat waktu.
· Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap SOP, SLA, dan standar keselamatan kerja.
· Menjaga keamanan mesin ATM, kunci, dan kerahasiaan data perusahaan.
· Berkoordinasi dengan tim operasional, helpdesk, dan pihak terkait di lapangan.
· Siap bekerja mobile, shift, dan on-call sesuai kebutuhan operasional.
