About this role
We are currently recruiting Cash Processing Supervisors on the to support the Cash Centre Operation in Dublin Branch. This position will report into the Service Manager within the Cash Centre.
This is a critical position within our cash centre, requiring strong organisational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to lead by example.
Main Purpose of Job
The primary purpose of the Cash Processing Supervisor is to lead and support a team responsible for cash verification and processing
Key Skills and attributes
Some experience in supervising a team
Excellent communication with customer service skills
High attention to detail
High level of security awareness
Ability to work in a pressurized environment and own initiative
Excellent computer skills with administration experience
Provide coaching and feedback to team
Supervise and support a team of cash processing operators to meet daily operational targets.
Oversee the secure, accurate, and timely processing, verification, and reconciliation of cash.
