Job Summary:
Join our compassionate and dedicated team as the Supervisor of Co-Responder Services! This position is pivotal in overseeing daily operations of a program that integrates behavioral health professionals with law enforcement to provide essential crisis intervention and diversion services. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality, person-centered care, while effectively supervising team members to foster their growth. Be at the forefront of making a positive impact in the community by connecting individuals to vital behavioral health services. Your leadership will empower staff to excel and promote a collaborative approach in crisis response to support those in need.
In this role, you will facilitate timely connections to community resources for individuals, while engaging directly in crisis situations and coordinating with community partners to implement evidence-based practices that significantly improve outcomes for individuals experiencing behavioral health crises.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide supervision to co-responder team members, ensuring their professional growth and quality care delivery.
• Monitor compliance with program standards and organizational policies to maintain operational excellence.
• Facilitate individual and group supervision meetings that foster staff development.
• Respond directly to behavioral health crises in collaboration with law enforcement as part of the co-responder model.
• Ensure connections to appropriate behavioral health, recovery, and community resources following crisis intervention.
• Maintain adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards across all program operations.
• Support the implementation of evidence-based practices and staff training alongside community partners.
• Build and maintain meaningful partnerships with law enforcement, emergency services, and community organizations.
• Assist in training law enforcement officers and dispatch operators on behavioral health topics.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health, Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related behavioral health field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in behavioral health services, including crisis intervention.
• Experience with substance use disorder treatment preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
Additional Qualifications:
• Successful completion of background check including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint check.
• Completion of New Hire Orientation at the beginning of employment.
• Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.
Physical Requirements:
• ADA Consideration - Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally (exists up to 1/3 of the time) and/or a negligible amount of force frequently (exists 1/3 to 2/3 of the time) to lift, carry, push, or pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
• Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during the work shift.
• Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
