In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat adults through individual, group, and family therapy services. You will complete comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide ongoing therapeutic interventions aligned with best practices and regulatory standards. This position offers the opportunity to work across outpatient and telehealth settings while collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity and quality of care.

Key Responsibilities:
· Provide individual, group, and family therapy services using evidence-based practices to support client recovery and growth
· Conduct intake screenings and comprehensive assessments to understand client needs and establish diagnoses
· Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans that evolve with client progress
· Facilitate specialty services including trauma-informed care and co-occurring disorder treatment
· Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams through clinical staffing and treatment meetings
· Support clients through transitions of care, including discharge planning and transition summaries
· Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation aligned with regulatory standards
· Respond to and manage crisis situations, coordinating emergency services when necessary
· Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, referral sources, and community partners
· Participate in ongoing training, professional development, and agency initiatives
· Provide clinical consultation and, when qualified, supervision to clinicians in training
Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
· Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
· Current licensure in the state of practice as one of the following:
– Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
– Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
– Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
· Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states as needed
· Comfortable providing telehealth services (training provided)
· Knowledge of diagnostic criteria for mental health and/or substance use disorders
· Experience with assessment, treatment planning, and caseload management
Additional Qualifications:
· Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance
· Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written and verbal formats
· Strong organizational skills and ability to manage documentation requirements
· Ability to build rapport and therapeutic relationships in both in-person and telehealth settings
· Willingness to obtain required certifications and training after hire, including CPR, First Aid, and behavioral management training
· Ability to follow supervision, adhere to ethical standards, and align with agency policies
Physical Requirements:
· Sedentary work involving sitting most of the time, with occasional walking or standing
· Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and negligible force frequently
· Repetitive use of hands, fingers, and arms for typing, writing, and documentation
· Ability to perform job duties in an office, clinical, or telehealth environment consistent with ADA guidelines
