Shift: Monday–Friday, with availability to be on-call and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed."

As a Hospitality Specialist, you will support both clients and staff by promoting health and safety throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities:
Uphold Preferred Family Healthcare’s Operational Guidelines and professional code of ethics
Promote a safe and welcoming environment for clients, staff, and visitors
Greet all individuals promptly and courteously
Provide assistance, direction, and information to clients and visitors
Conduct ongoing threat assessments and enforce safety measures
Respond to and intervene in unsafe situations using approved de-escalation techniques
Support crisis prevention and management efforts
Participate in staff development, meetings, and reflective practice
Build positive relationships through open and interactive communication
Assist in resolving client issues and complaints
Serve as a role model by demonstrating positive behavior and promoting hope and resilience
Maintain readiness and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and be on-call as needed
Perform other duties as assigned by the Facilities Leadership Team
Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
Experience working with diverse populations across the lifespan
Crisis intervention experience strongly preferred
Additional Qualifications:
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to read and interpret safety and procedural documents
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Basic math proficiency
Problem-solving and common-sense decision-making abilities
Ability to follow directions and accept supervision
Cultural awareness and sensitivity
