As a Crisis Response Clinician, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing immediate support to individuals experiencing mental health crises. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure that clients receive the best possible care and resources.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals in crisis to determine immediate needs and appropriate interventions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their support systems.
- Provide crisis intervention and support to clients, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and resources for clients.
- Document all interactions and interventions in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Current licensure or certification in the state of Indiana (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent).
- Experience in crisis intervention and mental health services preferred.
Additional Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in high-stress situations and maintain composure.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
