Job Summary
Serves as an administrative assistant supporting all workflow and operation processes at ISS. Follows specific instructions and performs clerical work using established routines within Sunapsis and department processes. Applies limited analysis and problem-solving in performing job duties.
Primary Responsibilities
Supports all workflow processes to completion.
Supports designated advisors with their workload.
Serves as a team member in an assigned stewardship group/committee (e.g., policies & procedures; communications, data).
Answers phones and greets visitors to resolve routine questions or issues following established procedures and guidelines.
Makes bookkeeping entries and maintains audit trail files.
Files documents in appropriate folders or performs data entry tasks.
Handles emails and other correspondences.
Uses office machines such as copiers, scanners, and desktop computers.
Performs other duties as assigned.
