Ideal for students who have begun gaining relevant experience and are building their skills through internships, part-time jobs, or significant projects. Typically aimed at sophomores or juniors who have completed a combination of introductory and advanced coursework.

Job Summary
Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about our services and to handle and resolve complaints. Ensure only authorized users are granted key access to enter a space. Assisting faculty, staff, and students with lockouts. Also work with technicians to troubleshoot and maintain all access control occasionally.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicate with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our services
  • Grant key access to employees after receiving proper authorization.
  • Update doors and replace batteries to electronic locks when needed.
  • Process requests to add or change access rights after proper approval is obtained.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Work with technicians to maintain, troubleshoot, and update all access control.
  • Must exemplify the University Honor Code, including the dress and grooming principles and expectations.
  • Preference will be given to students who can work during academic breaks.
