Position Summary

Tier 1 HR Support Agent to deliver best‑in‑class customer service to Bridgestone teammates across Brazil, Latin America.

The ideal candidate will handle a high volume of inquiries related to Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, and other HR processes through multiple channels, ensuring accurate resolutions and excellent service delivery.

This role requires advanced Portuguese proficiency, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage several interactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide HR support via live chat, phone, and case management, often managing simultaneous interactions.
  • Validate employee inquiries and determine the correct course of action.
  • Resolve issues accurately or assign/route cases to required teams.
  • Follow all case management, documentation, and security guidelines.
  • Register all interactions in the case management system with accuracy.
  • Protect and manage confidential information.
  • Develop or update internal process documentation when needed.

 

Minimum Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field (completed or in progress).

Languages

  • Portuguese: Advanced (B2/B2+) – Mandatory for Brazil & LATAM support
  • English: Advanced (B2/B2+)

Essential:

  • Experience in customer support
  • Familiarity managing inquiries in high‑volume environments

Technical Skills

  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar case management tools
  • Ability to handle phone‑based support systems
