Position Summary

Lead consumer marketing strategies focus on brand building, product communication and funnel conversion through strong value propositions and differenciated messages targeting increase Bridgestone brand's market share, enhancing premium awareness to differenciate in the market.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage Product Mkt consumer campaigns focus on BATO footprint securing right message for local country needs. 
  • Ensure Product Mkt budget optimization and execution.
  • Secure premium websites experience: Overdrive website journey enhancing brand image and driving purchase intention.
  • Lead and coordinate Hit Rate strategies and committe to drive sales performance projects, targeting on-going sell out key actions to drive bottom funnel KPIs.
  • Development and execution of new Original Equipement strategies (all-in-one + key product messeges) and negotiations (global and local) to strenght our brand presence.
  • Build Brand Differentiation trough: Experience content, Special Promos, influencers, Paid Content & digital campaings
  • Drive and lead consumer events executions with LAN scope
  • Define & Execute communication plan across region targeting exceptional product communication on digital and traditional channels
  • Lead, supervise and support Consumer Specialist projects: AT Aceleration Plan, Promos, NPLs, Conexión BS, B-cloud and digital tools.

PRODUCTS AND SERVICES DELIVERED

  • Consumer strategy aligned witn Marketing Plan (across teams)
  • Cross-teams weekly project alignment (Digital, Categories, Trade)
  • Management of digital media strategy and budget.
  • Assets Portfolio (MG, Videos, Brochures). Depends on the project.

BS-LAN Scope: Mexico, Costa Rica, Central America, Caribe, Colombia & Ecuador.

 

Minimum Qualifications

EDUCATION:

Marketing, Communication, Industrial Engineer with a scope in Brand.

EXPERIENCE:

+5 years in marketing, product - launch, Brand manager, Sales, Trade, Digital ecosystem, agencies management, Budget management  

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE

Digital Ecosystem, branding and communication understanding .
