To excel, candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in elementary education along with a current South Carolina teaching certification or the willingness to obtain one. A Gifted and Talented endorsement is preferred, enabling you to effectively challenge and engage all learners. While teaching experience is preferred, we welcome recent graduates with a passion for teaching. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as you will work closely with instructional teams and administrators to enhance student learning. Additionally, proficiency in educational technology and software will be crucial for delivering effective lessons and tracking student progress, allowing you to create an interactive and impactful learning experience.
