<p>Brex is seeking an exceptional Partner Enablement professional to build and scale our partner enablement programs. As our partner network continues to expand, this role will be critical in creating scalable, programmatic approaches to partner success across diverse markets and segments. You will serve as the strategic architect of our partner enablement infrastructure, developing certification frameworks, delivering content, and building co-selling capabilities that drive mutual success at scale.</p>
<p>This role offers the unique opportunity to shape how B2B payment technology is enabled and deployed through strategic partnerships. You'll be responsible for building programs that will scale across global markets and segments, developing the blueprint for how we empower partners to successfully sell, implement, and support Brex’s solutions.</p>
<h2><strong>Position Overview</strong></h2>
<p>The Partner Enablement Manager drives partner GTM effectiveness by developing and implementing strategic programs, training initiatives, and content resources for our most valuable partners. This role bridges Business Development, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to optimize a joint selling process and accelerate revenue growth.</p>
<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Create ongoing, live training programs that keep partners current with product updates, competitive positioning, and market trends</li>
<li>Develop and execute comprehensive partner enablement strategy, including certification programs, training frameworks, and scalable onboarding processes</li>
<li>Manage and curate Partner Portal content including training materials, marketing assets and certification programs that drive partner competency</li>
<li>Build co-selling frameworks including joint value propositions, partner-specific playbooks, and collaborative sales processes that accelerate mutual success</li>
<li>Partner with Revenue Operations and Finance to implement comprehensive partner performance tracking systems with metrics and feedback loops to measure effectiveness and optimize partner outcomes</li>
<li>Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to translate internal capabilities into partner-ready enablement content</li>
<li>Establish governance processes for content review, approval, and regular updates across all partner-facing materials</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>4+ years of experience in sales, sales enablement, or strategic partnerships in technology organizations</li>
<li>Proven track record of building and scaling comprehensive enablement programs and certification frameworks from the ground up</li>
<li>Deep experience managing partner portals, learning management systems, and content curation platforms at scale</li>
<li>Strong understanding of enterprise software sales processes, partner ecosystem dynamics, and channel strategies</li>
<li>Excellence in strategic planning, program management, and cross-functional collaboration in complex organizational environments</li>
<li>Experience developing performance metrics and analytics frameworks that drive partner program optimization</li>
<li>Strong executive presence and demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders across partner organizations</li>
<li>Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse partner audiences</li>

<h3><strong>Compensation</strong></h3>
<p>The expected salary range for this role is $132,888 to $166,110. However, the starting base pay will depend on several factors, including the candidate’s location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity. Depending on the position offered, equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.</p>
