About this role

As a Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the efficiency and quality of our EMEA Finance Shared Services, impacting both our internal teams and external partners.

We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead and direct the service management track within our Finance Shared Services organization. In this role, you will manage governance processes, ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery for internal and external stakeholders.

Your Role 

  • Lead the governance of Finance Shared Service functions and report SLA performance to stakeholders, ensuring a high percentage of SLA achievement.

  • Align the service management framework with overall Finance Shared Service KPIs and maintain strong compliance scores.

  • Ensure accurate capture and monitoring of SLA data to minimize SLA breaches.

  • Drive, implement, and track continuous improvement initiatives, aiming to increase the number of service improvements implemented.

  • Compile, analyze, and report key business and financial management processes to management and external agencies.

  • Engage regularly with stakeholders to understand future demands and address concerns regarding service delivery.

  • Coordinate with stakeholders to achieve business objectives and operational improvements

Your Profile 

  • Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in a similar role.

  • At least 2 years of team management experience in a shared services environment.

  • Proven experience in deploying and managing quality improvement processes.

  • Advanced knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office tools.

  • Strong leadership and management skills.

  • Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across departments.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
