Your Role 

We are seeking an experienced Senior P2P Analyst – Payments to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of payment processing activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all transactions. You will play a key part in maintaining strong financial controls and supporting smooth operations within our global organization.

This position is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about driving efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

Responsibilities 

  • Execute payment processing accurately and on time, meeting KPIs and service level agreements. 

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls. 

  • Obtain appropriate approvals for payments in line with the Delegation of Authority. 

  • Prepare analytical reports and accounting schedules to support decision-making. 

  • Review monthly reconciliations and resolve outstanding items promptly. 

  • Investigate and resolve operational issues, vendor queries, and internal staff concerns related to payments, escalating when necessary. 

  • Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the P2P function. 

Your Profile

 

  • Minimum 4 years of proven experience in payment processing or P2P operations; shared services experience is an advantage. 

  • Strong understanding of financial processes and compliance requirements. 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, or equivalent ERP tools. 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. 

  • High standard for accuracy, proactively drives continuous improvement initiatives, and fosters a culture of operational excellence. 

  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
