As a Project Expert you will coordinate and successfully manage the transition of finance processes from local sites into the Shared Service Center (SSC). You will provide functional expertise across R2R processes, lead transition projects, and drive improvement initiatives to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with global design principles.
Plan, monitor and report on transitions, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, transition managers, and local site management.
Resolve issues, document risks, and develop mitigation plans.
Ensure accurate documentation of SSC processes and successful delivery of transition outputs, including Toll Gates, Ramp-Up, and Go-Live milestones.
Identify opportunities for process improvements, standardization, and enhancements.
Lead domain projects and improvement actions to optimize efficiency and quality.
Build strong relationships across functions and regions.
Provide subject matter expertise and guidance in R2R processes and systems.
Minimum of 3 years experience in project management with demonstrated expertise in R2R processes.
Proven experience leading transitions in international SSC or outsourcing environments.
Strong functional finance expertise within R2R.
Advanced proficiency in SAP and other ERP systems, VBA, Microsoft Office, and analytics tools to support effective project delivery and transitions.
Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and leadership skills.
Demonstrated experience in stakeholder and change management.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively while meeting deadlines and milestones.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
