We are seeking a Team Lead Accounts Payable (P2P) to oversee and guide our AP team, ensuring timely delivery of processes and driving continuous improvement. In this leadership role, you will manage resources, resolve operational issues, and foster collaboration across the business and with external stakeholders. Your expertise will help us maintain efficiency, compliance, and a culture of excellence.
Oversee and monitor the AP team to ensure timely invoice processing and T&E process in line with KPIs, service levels, and company policies.
Collaborate with business partners and vendors to build strong professional relationships.
Manage the monthly reporting process and share outputs with stakeholders.
Lead initiatives for continuous process improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Resolve escalated operational issues promptly.
Coach and develop team members to strengthen their skills and knowledge.
Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience, including a minimum of two years in a shared services environment in a leadership capacity, and at least three years of accounting experience.
Advanced knowledge of ERP systems and office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office).
Excellent leadership and management skills, including planning, organization, and team direction.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish or French.
