Your Role 

We are looking for a detail-oriented P2P Analyst – Payments to join our team. In this role, you will ensure accurate and timely payment processing for staff and vendors, contributing to smooth financial operations and compliance with company policies. Your work will directly support operational efficiency and strengthen relationships across the organization..

This position is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about driving efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

Responsibilities 

  • Execute payment processing accurately and on time, in line with KPIs and service level agreements. 

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and controls. 

  • Obtain appropriate approvals for payments in accordance with the Delegation of Authority. 

  • Prepare analytical reports and accounting schedules as required. 

  • Review monthly reconciliations and resolve outstanding items within agreed timeframes. 

  • Address operational issues and respond to vendor or internal staff queries related to payments, escalating when necessary

Your Profile

 

  • Relevant professional experience; exposure to shared services or comparable environments is an advantage. 

  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills. 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, or equivalent ERP tools. 

  • Professional proficiency in written and spoken English and Italian 

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to continuous improvementt
