We are looking for a P2P Analyst Accounts Payable to join our team and ensure the timely and accurate execution of AP processes. In this role, you will manage invoice processing, resolve operational issues, and maintain compliance with company policies and service level agreements. Your contribution will help us deliver smooth and efficient financial operations while building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Execute AP and Travel & Expense processes promptly and resolve operational issues to maintain smooth workflows.
Receive and verify invoices, ensuring compliance with agreed terms, KPIs, and company policies.
Collaborate with business partners and vendors to foster professional relationships.
Prepare analytical reports and accounting schedules as required.
Identify recurring issues or risks and recommend improvements for greater efficiency.
Address vendor and internal queries related to invoices and escalate when necessary.
Relevant work experience and exposure to shared services or similar environments is an advantage
Strong team player with excellent communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent tools
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement
