
This role supports the service contracts department by providing contractual, commercial and project controls support across engineering service contracts.
This role is suitable for a candidate who has strong contract and project management skills and is looking to gain experience within an engineering and service department. The successful candidate will be based in our Sandyford Office initially and once fully trained will have the option to work remotely 2 days per week.
The salary is €34,000 per annum, pro-rata, 40 hours per week.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Responsibility for the processing of all engineering contracts.
Co-ordinate administration for engineering projects within the service team.
Track contract milestones and deliverables
Build strong relationships with engineers, clients and agencies.
Understanding of engineering service contracts, commercial terms and customer SLA’s.
Assist with the administration of Contract ensuring that all SLA’s are reviewed and monitored.
Creation of established contracts from renewal quotes and invoicing process.
Creation of new contracts ( records and follow ups)
Oversee projects associated with contract renewal quotes (records and follow ups)
Creation of quotes for assets (equipment) that is coming out of warranty ( records and follow ups)
Creation of Warranty Contracts.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
A degree (level 8 NFQ) in a business or project management qualification is essential.
Experience working with engineering contracts required.
A background in Project Management
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent customer relationship skills with ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Team worker with strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels internally and externally and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
Ability to multi-task, skill in establishing priorities and managing workloads
Ability to be flexible and to adapt and work effectively with a variety of situations or individuals
Professional who is experienced and dependable with discretion, enthusiasm and a positive attitude
Excellent computer skills including proficiency in use of Microsoft Office, use of Sales Force
