The role's purpose:

The Keyholder role is essential in supporting the store team. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, driving sales, and assisting with various store duties. As a Keyholder, you will help us achieve our mission to Enchant the World With Chocolate.

What You'll Do:

Leadership and Teamwork:

· Assist with manager on duty responsibilities, holding a key and opening and closing the store.

· Support team members to achieve daily sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

· Participate in training and onboarding new team members.

· Assist with visual merchandising and execution of in-store activations.

Customer Service:

· Welcome customers to the store, answer questions, and provide personalized assistance on product features.

· Handle returns and resolves customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.

· Act as a brand ambassador by sharing Lindt’s values and product excellence.

· Support efforts to drive B2B sales by promoting corporate gifting options.

Inventory:

· Ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards and inventory control procedures.

· Support inventory duties, including stock replenishment and receiving.

· Assist with coordinating corporate gifting orders.

Cash Handling:

· Assist with cash handling duties.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in a retail sales or customer-facing role.

· Strong customer service skills with the ability to drive sales.

· Experience with POS systems and cash handling.

· Familiarity with inventory control and visual standards

· Confident communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to prioritize tasks and perform under pressure

· Friendly and energetic personality with a customer-first mindset.

· Comfortable with flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· A passion for chocolate!
