Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Customer Experience – Achieve and exceed sales targets while delivering an exceptional service experience.
- In-Store Relationships – Engage with store staff to build trust and drive sell-through.
- Sales Strategy – Represent the brand through creative and results-driven sales techniques.
- Education – Offer product knowledge sessions and on-the-floor coaching for store teams.
Ideal Profile:
- Background in cosmetics or skincare sales
- Confident in providing personalized product recommendations
- Energetic, engaging, and independent
