The Role:

To accurately and efficiently restock and manage program inventory in accordance with established procedures, ensuring optimal product availability and order fulfilment for Brand Addition’s customers. This role is ideal for a motivated, hands‑on individual who takes pride in doing things right, is not afraid of physical work, and is eager to learn and develop within a warehouse and distribution environment.

• Willingness to learn new systems, processes, and equipment
• Moderate mathematical ability
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
• Confident PC skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Forklift certification preferred (training provided if required)
• Clear understanding of company objectives, departmental goals, and operational procedures

• Standard work schedule: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
• Friendly, hardworking, fast‑paced, and team‑oriented warehouse environment
• Ability to work in a warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures, including heat and cold
• The position does not routinely expose employees to hazardous or physically unpleasant working conditions

What you’ll need:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Inventory management experience a must
• Distribution industry experience preferred
• Experience with JDA – Direct Commerce a plus
• Restocking experience preferred
