Job Description

  • Gesamtverantwortung für den Standort Biebesheim inkl. Personalführung, Produktionssteuerung und Weiterentwicklung.

  • Sicherstellung von Health, Safety & Environmental Standards sowie Einhaltung aller Audit‑ und Compliance‑Anforderungen.

  • Budgetverantwortung inklusive Kostenkontrolle und Umsetzung von Produktivitäts- und Effizienzmaßnahmen.

  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung operativer KPIs (Qualität, Kosten, Sicherheit, Kundenzufriedenheit, Output).

  • Sicherstellung der Produktionskapazitäten sowie Optimierung von Prozessen, Anlagen und Abläufen.

  • Verantwortung für ISO9001- und ISO14001‑Managementsysteme inklusive Auditvorbereitung und Umsetzung.

  • Bestandsmanagement: Lagerkontrolle, Rotation, Genauigkeit, Eskalation von Abweichungen.

  • Führung, Coaching und Weiterentwicklung des Managementteams und der Mitarbeitenden; Förderung einer Growth Mindset Kultur.

  • Projektmanagement für standortbezogene und bereichsübergreifende Initiativen.

  • Schnittstellenmanagement u. a. zu Logistics, Customer Service, Engineering, Qualität und externen Partnern.

  • 3–5 Jahre Erfahrung im Supply Chain‑ oder plant‑bezogenen Umfeld, idealerweise mit Verantwortung in Werksbetrieben oder ähnlichen Produktionsstandorten.

  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in Führung, Teamentwicklung und Ergebnisverantwortung, auch in mehrsprachigen und standortübergreifenden Teams.

  • Erfolgreich in einer Matrixorganisation gearbeitet und dort Ergebnisse erzielt.

  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse analytischer Tools sowie Erfahrung im Reporting und der Steuerung von KPIs.

  • Vorausschauende, hands‑on Arbeitsweise und hohes operatives Verständnis.

  • Beziehungsstark, teamorientierte Führungspersönlichkeit, entscheidungsfreudig sowie strategisch und kritisch denkend.

  • Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch (mündlich und schriftlich), weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind immer von Vorteil.

  • Erweiterte Kenntnisse in Excel; SAP Business Warehouse und weiterer SCM‑Software sind von Vorteil.

  • Kundenfokus und Erfahrung in direktem Kundenkontakt
