<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>An energetic passion for customer service and speaking directly with customers.</li>
<li>A comfort in striking up conversations whilst confidently promoting our sites, products and promotions.</li>
<li>A drive to reach targets and overachieve on a daily basis.</li>
<li>Native German and Fluent English.</li>
<li>An understanding of the Casino and/or sports betting industry.</li>
<li>Target oriented and driven by achieving goals.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong></strong><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Making daily outbound calls and follow ups.</li>
<li>Assisting new players and current players to ensure they have no blockers to enjoying our products.</li>
<li>Promoting our site, products, campaigns and overall entertainment offering.</li>
<li>Working with your team leader to ensure all targets are understood.</li>
<li>Work with other departments such as Payments, Risk, VIP and Customer Support.</li>
