We build what works, launch it fast, and make sure it hits.</p></div><p>We are looking for a <strong>mature person</strong> with a <strong>high sense of ownership</strong> and good stakeholder management skills, a person who can <strong>work autonomously</strong> with a minimum level of direction, a person who enjoys contributing to improving the company's efficiency and making a difference.</p> <p>We consider candidates with a background in project/program/team management, change/transformation management, operations, process improvement, and various leadership roles.</p> <p><strong>KPI</strong></p> <ul> <li>Stakeholder Satisfaction;</li> <li>Program Management.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p>Stakeholder Satisfaction</p> <ul> <li>Clearly understand who are your stakeholders for every project and have a list of them;</li> <li>Regularly inform the stakeholders through public communication channels (slack, g-mail) about the project progress, project risks, any significant project changes.</li> <li>Facilitate decision making;</li> <li>Manage stakeholder expectations and gather stakeholder feedback.</li> </ul> <p>Program Management</p> <ul> <li>Lead development teams resource planning for your stream;</li> <li>Handle scope changes for the stream;</li> <li>Provide reporting for the stream progress;</li> <li>Lead Quarterly Planning;</li> <li>Gather information about risk escalation and highlight it to the Delivery Manager.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <p>Skills:</p> <ul> <li>5+ years in program or project management ;<br>Experience with mobile projects management (applications, platforms,&nbsp; related technologies) and coordination with diverse creative and technical teams;</li> <li>Project control and execution;</li> <li>Change and stakeholder management;</li> <li>Clear communication appropriate for audience level;</li> <li>Conducting effective meetings;</li> <li>Design business processes;</li> <li>Conflict resolution;</li> <li>Strong negotiating skills;</li> <li>Decision-making.</li> </ul> <p>Behavior:</p> <ul> <li>Be transparent, positive, open, friendly, and ready to help;</li> <li>Good sense of ownership, be proactive;</li> <li>Be quick and reliable;</li> <li>Maintain high quality of work results;</li> <li>Tolerance to changes.</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Bold moves start here.
