<h4>✅ Requirements:</h4>
<p>✔️At least two years of experience in an advertising agency, digital agency, or in-house design studio.</p>
<p>✔️Experience in the design tasks managing for digital marketing and mediabuying teams.</p>
<p>✔️Experience in handling complex marketing projects that included different teams and dozen clients.</p>
<p>✔️Readiness to work in a constantly changing environment, to align tasks with goals.</p>
<p>✔️Expertise in managing a dozen of differently skilled designers. </p>
<p>✔️Ready to receive and give feedback and include conclusions in design.</p>
<p>✔️Attention to visual details.</p>
<p>✔️Ability to meet deadlines. Work iteratively, and share results early and often.</p>
<p>✔️Work with Jira, Slack, Google Docs. Familiar with Figma and Adobe services.</p>
<p>✔️Advanced speaking and writing English level.<br><br></p>
<h4>✅ Responsibilities:</h4>
<p>✔️Managing graphic and animated banners tasks from different marketing teams: briefing, prioritisation, negotiation with internal clients, rejecting briefly poor or needless tasks.</p>
<p>✔️Time and people management: delivering tasks to designers, track the loading of designers, track deadlines.</p>
<p>✔️Initiate calls or correspond with customers as soon as he sees an incomprehensible task and inadequate deadlines. </p>
<p>✔️Create brief templates, sheets, collections of images, translations, etc. Everything that will help the customer to set the task faster and more accurately, and the designer to complete it faster.</p>
<p>✔️Lead the setting and improving of working processes.</p>
<p>✔️Regular update a library of thouthands design layouts to help designers and clients automate routine.</p>
<p>✔️Evaluate the poor quality of design using the experience after working with typical tasks and regular clients.</p>
<p>✔️Participate in resolving the situation if the designer’s work is not accepted or delivering lately.</p>
