About this role
The Warehouse Manager is a hands-on leadership role responsible for the end-to-end integrity of raw material and finished goods inventory. You will bridge the gap between high-level inventory planning and floor-level execution, ensuring that our SAP data reflects reality. Your goal is to drive On-Time Delivery (OTD), minimize waste, and lead a high-performing team of material handlers through continuous process improvement.
Qualifications

Inventory Strategy & Planning: Maintain and execute inventory requirement plans using SAP; establish optimal stocking levels for both raw materials and finished products.

Operational Oversight: Supervise all warehouse material movement, returns, and plant-level metrics to ensure fluid logistics.

Accuracy & Auditing: Lead the cycle counting program in active and overstock locations. Identify, isolate, and correct the root causes of inventory discrepancies.

Process Improvement: Develop and implement long-term solutions to reduce error rates, lower costs, and improve picking/packaging efficiencies.

Team Leadership: Direct, mentor, and supervise the warehouse team, including material handlers, to ensure disciplined work processes and safety compliance.

Data Reporting: Track and present periodic reports on inventory accuracy goals and operational performance to senior leadership.
