Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Enterprise Architect to drive the strategic direction and design of our enterprise-wide IT solutions. This role will be instrumental in aligning technology with business objectives, fostering innovation, and ensuring the resilience and efficiency of our systems.

Job Responsibilities

Define and evolve the enterprise architectural roadmap, ensuring alignment with BP Business Solutions India Private Limited's strategic goals and future business needs.
Lead the design and implementation of complex, large-scale enterprise solutions, leveraging expertise in Solution Architecture and Integration.
Champion Agility core practices within architectural design and development processes, promoting iterative and collaborative approaches.
Conduct comprehensive Business modelling to understand organizational capabilities, processes, and data flows, translating them into effective architectural blueprints.
Drive Creativity and Innovation in identifying and evaluating new technologies and approaches that can enhance business value and operational efficiency.
Perform advanced Data Analysis to inform architectural decisions, ensuring data integrity, quality, and optimal utilization across the enterprise.
Oversee Data design principles and standards, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure data architectures.
Proactively engage in Emerging technology monitoring, assessing their potential impact and strategic fit within the BP Business Solutions India Private Limited landscape.
Ensure rigorous Information Assurance principles are embedded throughout all architectural designs and implementations to safeguard critical assets.
Provide strategic direction and oversight for IT Management, including resource allocation, project prioritization, and governance.
Develop and implement comprehensive IT strategy and planning, ensuring technology investments deliver maximum business impact.
Optimize Service operations and resilience by designing architectures that minimize downtime and maximize availability.
Lead and mentor a team of architects and developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement through Systems Development Management.
Act as a subject matter expert (Technical specialism) in relevant technology domains, providing guidance and expertise to various stakeholders.
Conduct User Experience Analysis to ensure architectural designs support intuitive and efficient user interactions.

Job Qualifications

Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or similar senior architectural role, preferably within a large, complex organization.
Deep understanding and practical application of Agility core practices.
Strong expertise in Business modelling and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
Demonstrated ability in Creativity and Innovation to solve complex problems and drive technological advancement.
Advanced skills in Data Analysis and Data design, with experience in various data architectures.
Experience with Emerging technology monitoring and adoption strategies.
Solid understanding of Information Assurance principles and best practices.
Extensive experience with Integration patterns and technologies.
Proven capabilities in IT Management and IT strategy and planning.
Expertise in designing for Service operations and resilience.
In-depth knowledge of Solution Architecture principles and methodologies.
Experience in Systems Development Management and leading technical teams.
Demonstrable Technical specialism in one or more relevant technology domains (e.g., cloud platforms, cybersecurity, data analytics).
Experience with User Experience Analysis and design thinking principles.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with all levels of the organization.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Up to 10% travel should be expected with this role
