About the role :
Provide effective support to the Branded Buying, Food Service, Partnership Management, and Offer Development & Sustainability teams in matters of product set-up, price, promo, and cost management for the German retail convenience business.
What you will deliver :
Key Accountabilities
• Responsible for providing administration support to the Category/Buying team through producing / analysing accurate, detailed, and timely administration and data; whilst building and maintaining solid relationships, with a strong bias towards customer
• Support Category Buyers with new and change of product forms, promotional forms, turnover and pricing documents, and contact lists
• Planning, Execution, Control and Support of project testings in the field
• Responsible for maintaining all central (e.g. SAP, ESO) systems, resolving store scanning issues through the Shops & Valeting Helpdesk, supporting the trading team in all aspects of buying administration and communication to sites
• Managing and implementing all promotional activity in different IT interfaces (Supplier, ROSIplus, SAP, ESO) as well as communication with all relevant partners (Pricebook, Marketing, Category Management, Marketing Agencies)
• Support trading team with administrative support across all areas ensuring accuracy of data entry into SAP
• Ensuring all supplier invoices are raised promptly and that invoices are paid on time
• P2P Process Controlling and Budget Planning activites
• Process control with relevant partners (strategic Partners, Data Contractors & IT) regarding data management and data quality
• Creation of reports, analysis, and data preparation in consultation with Category Management, Convenience Pricing as well as Supply Chain Management
• Preparation of Management Information Reports to support the Convenience Trading Leadership Team
