Parking Ambassadors are the first to welcome guests each day, helping them find parking safely and efficiently while creating a positive start to their mountain experience. This role is perfect for those who enjoy working outdoors, being active, and making every guest feel welcome from the moment they arrive.
Parking Ambassadors focus on guest service, traffic awareness, and safety while directing vehicles, assisting guests on foot, and maintaining a well-organized parking area. No prior experience is necessary — we’ll provide all the training you need!

As a Parking Ambassador you will contribute to Brighton’s LEADS values by:
• Prioritize Safety by:
o Greeting every guest with a positive and approachable attitude.
o Directing traffic clearly and calmly to prevent accidents.
o Setting up cones, signs, and barricades to create safe, organized parking areas.
• Serve First by:
o Greeting every rider with a friendly, approachable presence, offering clear loading and unloading instructions, and helping guests feel confident and comfortable on the lift.
o Helping guests unload gear when appropriate and pointing them toward the lodge, lifts, and services.
o Acting as a Brighton ambassador, answering questions and giving directions.

This position may be for you if you:
• You’re 16 years of age or older
• Have or are working towards a high school diploma or equivalent
• Can lift 35 lbs and push/pull 50 lbs unassisted
• Are comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions for long periods
• Can stand and move on your feet for extended shifts
• Have strong communication skills and a focus on safety and guest service
• Can stay attentive and focused on surroundings for extended periods without distraction
• Are committed to following safety procedures and addressing hazards immediately
• Want to work with teammates from diverse backgrounds
• Are available to work holidays and peak periods
• Have a passion for the outdoors
• Can reliably get to and from the resort in various weather conditions
• Have a positive attitude and enjoy helping others
Preferred:
• Experienced in outdoor, traffic control, or safety-focused roles
• Have hospitality, recreation, or guest service experience
