Room Attendants help create a welcoming, spotless, and comfortable home away from home for our guests. Responsibilities
Picture yourself as a Room Attendant at Big Sky Resort and having the opportunity to:
- Work collaboratively with resort team members, embodying a spirit of teamwork
- Step up to support others during high-volume periods
- Interact with guests in a warm, welcoming manner during service encounters
- Clean and stock hotel rooms and condos before, during, and after guest stays
- Attend daily morning meetings and arrive on time in full uniform
- Take ownership of assigned rooms, reporting any maintenance needs or missing items
- Organize and maintain housekeeping carts and supply rooms; restock as needed
- Use cleaning supplies responsibly and contribute to eco-friendly practices
- Follow all policies and standards set by Big Sky Resort and Boyne USA
Qualifications
Physically able to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and push/pull up to 100 lbs unassisted
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
Previous experience in a hotel or resort environment is a plus
