About this role

Overview

Join Sunday River's Hotel Maintenance team! Maintenance Techs must have a solid working knowledge of facility management as well as mechanical troubleshooting skills. Must enjoy working individually and as a team with a great group of people. The Hotel Maintenance Technician is tasked with carrying out maintenance duties as assigned by the leadership team to maintain the integrity of the facility, maintenance systems, and established maintenance protocols to ensure a quality guest experience. The duties and tasks may vary from one day to the next, but duties and work will be consistent over the long term. Responsibilities include the ability to complete tasks as assigned thoroughly, in a timely manner, with attention to detail. 


Responsibilities

  • Complete daily building maintenance assignments and requests with applicable paperwork
  • Assist guests with room maintenance needs
  • Perform annual preventative maintenance in rooms
  • Maintain Health Club facilities
  • Assist with special projects as needed
  • Perform grounds maintenance, snow removal, and firewood stacking

Qualifications

  • Two to five years of experience in one or more of the following trades: carpentry, dry wall, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, pool and spa care, or other specialty skills. 

 

Compensation & Benefits 

  • Wages range from $18-$24/hour, depending on experience, with opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
