Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of burgers, sides, and other menu items according to established recipes and standards.

- Quality Control: Ensure all food items are prepared and presented to the highest quality standards, maintaining consistency in taste and appearance.

Health and Safety: Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines, keeping a clean and organized workspace.

- Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed, and minimizing waste.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other kitchen staff and front-of-house team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

- Customer Service: Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any concerns or special requests.

- Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain kitchen equipment properly, reporting any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Previous experience as a cook or in a similar culinary role preferred.

- Skills: Strong culinary skills, with a focus on grill and fryer techniques. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

- Knowledge: Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices. Familiarity with inventory management and kitchen equipment.

- Attitude: Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset.

- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a hot and fast-paced environment.
