As a Front Desk Agent, you are responsible for providing a warm welcome and fond farewell to each guest, creating magic moments throughout the guest’s stay, creating memorable first impressions, providing information about the resort and local area, and offer a full range of hotel amenities and services to our guests. Responsibilities

A Front Desk Agent’s typical day includes the following:

  • Checking in guests quickly, accurately and effectively with the highest level of guest service
  • Suggesting activities for guests so they can make the most of their stay
  • Being compassionate toward guest concerns and working with other departments to correct issues that arise
  • Allowing your fun-loving personality to assist the guests
  • Exceeding guests needs and expectations

Qualifications

  • You like providing outstanding customer/guest service, meeting new people, as well as reconnecting with familiar guests who return year after year. You get a kick out of exceeding a person’s expectations. If you have previous experience providing excellent customer service, that’s even better!
  • You enjoy the details. You take pride in the accuracy and quality of your work. You stay focused and let nothing slip through the cracks.
  • You are approachable and hospitable. You communicate in a clear and friendly manner. You always remain calm even in difficult or frantic situations.

  • You are flexible and always willing to learn more. You understand the demands of exceeding guest needs and can work nights, weekends and holidays when needed.
  • You achieved a high school diploma or equivalent, are comfortable handling payment transactions, and have basic computer skills.
