As a Customer Care Specialist at Big Sky Resort, you’ll be a central hub of knowledge and support for both our guests and internal teams. Whether guests are planning their trip, navigating the mountain, or following up post-visit, you’ll be the trusted voice guiding them every step of the way. From lift access and lessons to dining and events, your role is all about providing timely, accurate, and professional assistance across multiple communication channels.

 

You’ll work closely with the Customer Care Center team and collaborate with Mountain Services to ensure guests receive consistent, helpful information and exceptional service.


Responsibilities

  • Be a subject matter expert on all Big Sky lift access products, including season passes and day tickets
  • Use administrative access to bigskyresort.com to support guest needs and troubleshoot online issues
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and voicemail
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy when sharing information about resort services, activities, and offerings
  • Stay flexible and adaptable in a fast-moving team environment
  • Demonstrate a willingness to continuously learn about other departments and offerings across the resort

Qualifications

  • Experience in guest service roles is preferred
  • Familiarity with RTP|One and/or Salesforce is a plus
  • Strong communication skills across phone, email, and chat
  • Professional, efficient typing and digital communication abilities
  • Team-oriented attitude and desire to provide an exceptional guest experience
