As a Bar Back you are responsible for providing support to the bartending staff in a fast-paced environment to ensure timely service of drinks and the cleanliness of restaurant bars. The Bar Back's typical job functions include:

  • Daily preparation of items used in drinks
  • Effectively preparing bar for service
  • Keeping stock on all items including beer, liquor, wine, and supplies
  • Maintaining organized working and storage areas
