Looking for a role that keeps you at the heart of the action? As an Activities Guest Service Specialist at Big Sky Resort, you’re the go-to expert for all things guest-facing—from lift tickets and season passes to mountain activities and local tips. You’ll be the first face guests see and the trusted voice they rely on to make the most of their time here. Whether you’re recommending the perfect adventure or solving a ticketing issue, you’ll help create unforgettable experiences every single day.


Responsibilities

  • Assist guests with lift tickets, season passes, and resort activities in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting
  • Learn and apply knowledge of all Big Sky access products (BSR tickets and passes, Mountain Collective, Ikon, Boyne)
  • Manage daily sales accurately and reconcile transactions with receipts
  • Greet and support guests throughout their resort experience—from arrival to après
  • Stay up-to-date on snow conditions, grooming reports, and event schedules to provide timely info
  • Resolve ticket/pass issues quickly and efficiently
  • Answer guest questions in person and over the phone with professionalism and care
  • Support other areas including Ticket Window, Locker Operations, and Plaza Maintenance as needed

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, POS systems, or ski resorts is a plus

  • Skiing or snowboarding knowledge is a plus—green run ability or willingness to learn is a must

  • Positive attitude, quick learner, and comfortable working in a dynamic mountain environment
