The Box Sign organization in Amsterdam is the largest Box engineering hub in EMEA and plays a key role in shaping the future of e-signature capabilities for global enterprise customers.

As a Senior Product Manager, Box Sign, you will join the Box Sign Integrations team, responsible for owning and evolving Box Sign’s public APIs, third-party integrations, and a broad set of compliance, configuration, and administrative capabilities. WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Drive initiatives spanning third-party integrations (e.g. identity verification, regulatory compliance providers) and internal product features such as admin controls, reporting, and customization.

  • Collaborate on implementing and integrating existing regulatory and compliance solutions (e.g. US and EU e-signature standards) into user-facing product features.

  • Partner closely with a dedicated engineering team in Amsterdam to define requirements, prioritize work, and deliver high-quality features end to end.

  • Collaborate with design to ensure intuitive user experiences for both developer-facing and admin-facing workflows.

  • Work with internal stakeholders to drive adoption of Box Sign APIs and platform capabilities among enterprise customers.

  • Balance near-term delivery with longer-term investments in extensibility, usability, and platform maturity.

WHO YOU ARE

We are an AI-first company. This means you approach your work with a growth mindset and find ways to leverage AI to help make faster, smarter decisions that will 10X your impact at Box.

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B, enterprise software, or platform products.

  • Strong technical foundation, with a solid understanding of APIs, integrations, and how software systems interact.

  • Experience building products for multiple user types, including developers, administrators, and end users.

  • Comfortable working on both backend/platform-oriented initiatives and user-facing features.

  • Able to translate complex technical or regulatory constraints into clear product requirements and great user experiences.

  • Proactive, autonomous, and comfortable owning strategy and execution within a defined product area.

  • Strong communication skills and experience working closely with engineering and design teams.
