About this role

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for scheduling and supervision of site supervisors and line staff. Responsible for day-to-day operational activities of facility, fire drills, and arranging for receipt of supplies. Maintain adequate staffing for 24 hours, 7 days a week. Maintain staff records, and all pertinent and related duties as assigned. Provide emergency first aid/CPR assistance when needed. 

 

HOURS:

Full time 37.5 hours per week

  • Monday/Friday 7am-3:30pm; Tuesday-Thursday 9:30am-6pm

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

BA preferred, High School diploma/GED with experience required. Basic computer literacy required. Flexibility with days and hours of work. 

 

*Vaccination preferred but not required.

BRC is one of New York City's largest providers of housing and services for individuals experiencing homelessness. Founded in 1971 by a group of recovering alcoholics living in poverty in the Bowery’s infamous flophouses, these individuals had hope, and a firm belief that better days lay ahead.
