About this role

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Management of all facets of a 122-bed supportive apartment treatment program for the homeless mentally ill. This entails the recruitment and management of all staff, including professional and non-professional, and the planning, evaluation and adjustment of program service delivery to meet client needs. Complete monthly program reports, annual reports for funding sources and program policy development and implementation. Responsible for maintaining census, quality assurance and for ensuring compliance with OMH regulations. Manage relationships with Landlords and addressing issues in a timely manner. Responsible for oversight of leased apartments with regards to lease renewal, rental payments and maintenance. Related duties as assigned.

 

HOURS:

Full-time position 37.5 hours per week

  • Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
  • (After hours and weekend on call responsibilities for emergencies)

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Masters degree in one of the mental health disciplines. Two or more years in a supervisor or managerial position. Demonstrated leadership abilities and capacity to coordinate services in a complicated organizational environment.
