Job Purpose
The Superintendent oversees daily field operations on multiple custom residential projects, ensuring schedules, quality, and safety standards are met. This role works closely with the Project Manager and Pre-Construction team to keep jobs moving efficiently.
Responsibilities

Manage 4–5 active custom home and remodeling projects

Oversee daily jobsite operations, safety, and quality

Coordinate subcontractors and trade schedules

Maintain daily logs and site documentation

Use BuilderTrend for tracking and updates

Conduct site inspections and resolve field issues
Qualifications
-
Experience as a Superintendent in custom home building

Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability

BuilderTrend experience preferred

Solid understanding of construction sequencing

Must live on Hilton Head Island of Bluffton
Compensation

$42,000 – $55,000 salary (flexible for the right candidate)
