About this role

Your responsibilities will include: ● Minimum of 3 years' experience in technical writing, content development, or a related discipline. ● Strong understanding of documentation standards, information architecture, and structured content. ● Experience working in a regulated environment and/or understanding of medical device quality systems. ● Proven ability to manage multiple writing projects and timelines with attention to detail. ● Proficiency with technical authoring tools (e.g., Adobe FrameMaker, XML, DITA, MadCap Flare, etc.). ● Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Science, Engineering, or a related field. ● Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams or influence stakeholders in a matrixed environment. ● Familiarity with Agile development processes or medical device lifecycle documentation. ● Passion for improving content usability and implementing innovative writing solutions. Requisition ID: 622514 Minimum Salary: $51000 Maximum Salary: $96900 Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above. Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
