About the role: We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic to join our AF Solutions Sales Operations team. As a Senior Analyst, Sales Operations, you will be a key contact on this fast-paced Sales Operations team, responsible for a variety of tasks including reporting, analytics, operations, and process improvements. This role offers the opportunity to help shape the direction of the department and the overall AF Solutions strategy through your contributions. Work model, sponsorship, relocation: At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week. Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position at this time. Relocation assistance is not available for this position at this time. Your responsibilities will include: ● Collaborate and partner directly with Field Sales Organization on business planning and analytics ● Provide effective support for the field sales team by responding to requests in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner ● Own the AFS headcount strategy by managing the end-to-end headcount process, driving strategic placement decisions, and establishing robust metrics to inform workforce planning and leadership decisions ● Complete ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests to support the Field Sales, Sales Operations, and other cross-functional partners ● Develop and maintain reports, including new product launch dashboards, forecast modeling, and others, often utilizing multiple data sources ● Identify and lead initiatives for improving processes ● Participate in all team functions and initiatives, actively supporting a positive, collaborative team culture * Qualifications: Required qualifications: ● Bachelor's degree ● Minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales or business support role ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ● Proficient in Excel and experience in Tableau, Salesforce, and database management ● Strong oral and written communication skills ● Results-oriented team player ● Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills to work with individuals at all levels of the organization ● Ability to balance multiple priorities against strict deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and customer service Requisition ID: 623209 Minimum Salary: $85000 Maximum Salary: $161500 The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) - see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com—will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
